How long have you been lifting weights?
Hi all
I'd like to know how many of you guys (and girls!) include weight training in your exercise regime and how long have you been doing it (lifting weights)?
Good indicator for novice (like me) on what to expect thru time. And also what is / are the difference(s) did you notice so far since you start lifting?

p/s I've been lifting for almost 4 months and can feel my thighs are gettin hard-er lol (still lotsss to go!)
p/s/s I'd suggest that adding poll to this thread would be more fun - it's good to know what is the statistic (of our members) that are lifting weights. I dont know how to add poll or maybe I do not have the permission to do it. Hope moderators can help. Thanks!
