Unhappy I binged for 2 days, but now I am back on track..

Wow, I feel like crap. I have been overcome with stress and when TOM popped in I gave in. I have eatten poorly for a couple of days but today is a new day.

I am back on track and changing my mind set. I am trying to get down to 140 which is fine for my med build at 5'3". But I need to focus on getting to 150 first and see how that works.

I hope all of you have a great day and thanks for all the help that I have received on this board.

Kat

Don't feel guilt over it, it will only bring you down. Instead, see it as a treat, and possible plateu breaker, and go right back. And, treats are nice.

Default back on track w/ya!

Hop aboard, FATKAT, my train just got started again too! I'm doing a "CLEAN" induction to see if that works after doing a 'lax' version of ATkins for a few months; I didn't gain any back, but stopped losing!!

mini goal: NO cheats thru 2 weeks clean induction! end date: 2/10

Hi Kat, I know how you feel. TOM hits and I'm a ravaging hunger force to be reckoned with. Chocolate better look out! I'm pretty sure next week TOM will hit full force since I've been craving nothing but brownies. Whenever I get those cravings I make a LC cake/brownie.

1/4 cup ground pecans or almonds
2T Cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
4-5 packets Splenda

2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp water, or SF syrup (I use DaVinci hazlenut)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
splash of cream

*(a bit of orange oil is super super good in this, as is a bit of peanut butter)

Combine dry ingredients in a blender or microwave safe bowl, add liquid ingredients making sure butter is cooled. Pour into a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and make a small slit in the center. Microwave on high for about 1 min 30 seconds. Voila, you have a yummy chocolate dessert!

It can get dry so experiment with what measurements work for you and have a drink close by! It will dry out quickly when left to sit so I usually use that as an excuse to eat it all.
