lol Joo. You sound like one of my sons. I might get blasted for saying this, but men seem to be able to get away with a carb-load once in a while, much easier than women do. I have to be a purist even on holidays.

Happy Thanksgiving and agree, to all our military deployed

SO, yesterday, I had 3 bites of apple raisin stuffing, 2 bites of candied yams, a few bites of yum yum salad (fruit & homemade whipped cream), a heap of plain JUICY ham & a large amout of cheesy veggies. About 2/3 piece of blueberry pie with 2 bites of ice cream topped it off and I was stuffed. I WAS up 3.5 lbs this morn but completely back on plan today 😀 It was TRULY ridiculous that the ONLY thing, literally, on plan available was the ham!!!

We are having Christmas eve & Christmas day at our place so no off plan then 😉

Thanks butters!!!

I am just strict on myself because carbs are simply my enemy lol & eating some would make me crave them & I just don't want to go through that breaking carb thing again!
Plus I am satisfied eating meats & fat!

So glad you are getting back to your before Thanksgiving weight! Keep up the great work!
