Seafood/Fish soup
5 cups Chicken boullion
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
5 fillets frozen or fresh Tilapia (I
like to use the frozen vaccum-sealed kind from Wal-Mart)
1 tsp. butter
1 pkg. Bird's Eye chopped frozen spinach
1 bag of medium sized shrimp, peeled and tails removed.
Bring boullion, butter, and Old Bay to a boil.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil again.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for about an hour.
add more Old Bay if desired for taste. Enjoy!
