Default Hip Hop Abs

Hello all...

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried Hip Hop Abs with Shaun T. I've seen the infomercials a bunc h of times and I've googled a few reviews. However, I wanted to bring it to my LowCarber family and see if anyone has tried it and their experience with it? It seems hard as heck for a non-active person as myself just starting out. Trying to get active here while also targeting some of my main body issues.

Thanks!

I haven't tried that. I think that the 30 Day Shred on level 1 might be a good start if you are looking for a video.

Haven't tried it either, but I saw Tara recommend the 30 Day Shred, and I figured I'd second her recommendation. Love it!

I do it, not religiously as he suggest. I just put the video when i want to do a more fun type of cardio. Is not as hard as you may think. Give it a try.

I was thinking about ordering this my self, but was searching here for info. I usally do Zumba Wii, or another exercise tape. I did try the 20 day shred. made it through day 8 of phase 2, but my knees just couldn't take all those squats. they became very swollen and painful and were making all kinds of cracking noises. no good! so back to finding other things I can try. How much jumping around is in hip hop abs? I do not jump (cause of my knees) Thanks!
