The first book I read was CALP. The only reason I even picked up a copy of CAD was because I was on a support group that had me confused since it seemed so different than CALP.

After reading the book I was more confused because I found it very similar to CALP, with a little less structure.

I would suggest you visit your local library and pick up a copy of one of the books so you can brush up on anything you can't remember.

Best of luck to you and I hope you will begin sharing your journey with us by visiting the main thread.

Been there, done that. It's outdated and even the interchange libraries don't carry it.

I have been able to pick up the CAD and CALP books at my local thrift stores so you may want to try that also.

Yes it would, but the shipping is 5 dollars. I have so many diet books: Atkins, Suzanne Somers, South Beach, Johnny Bowden...the list goes on and on. DH is freaking out that I want to buy another diet book, so I'm trying to get an eye on the principles and use the books I have. There, I've laid it all on the table.
