hi

i am not new to the low carb life. i started back in 2004/2005
i was even a member of this board but for the life of me i can't remember my user name so why not start fresh

after being stuck in a rut for a long time - i am finally back on track
i remember how helpful this board used to be for me so i came back!

look forward to getting to know you!

Read the original Atkins book in 1972. Didn't go with it until the 90s and lost 35 pounds in 4 months and kept it off until the mid 2000s. Stressed out in 10s and now back on Atkins since February 2018 and lost 4 pounds in a month. OK with that because I know when I do something wrong. I will stay on Induction for quite sometime until I am comfortable again and lose at least 10 pounds more and then move to owl. I know how to maintain and I also know when it goes off the rails.
