Here goes - bought Atkins last week after recognising myself in the intro. I'm now 102 lb to lose on a 5'7" frame (giving up smoking was the last straw!)and its time to do something. For years i've struggled with horrible diets and really not got anywhere so i hope this works. I think i'll try and fill in a journal just to keep on track. My wife is very sceptical - she just had some low fat cereal/skim milk for breakfast and i had bacon and eggs!
