Default Another Newbie

Hello to all of you. I just found this site and it has already been a help to me. I started the Atkins Diet on August 8th and have done well so far. I am going to continue the induction for a while as I have had no ill effects. I was very impressed by the lack of hunger after the first couple of days. And, I can honestly say that I haven't had any serious cravings....so far. I haven't had a lot of energy but I also haven't gotten sleepy in the late afternoons so that is an improvement for me. Good luck to you and thanks for your encouraging words.

p.s. I don't know my way around the boards yet so forgive me if I am slow to respond.

Default Same boat

I started the 4th. I'm doing just like you. No hunger, no sleepy spells, just a slight headache. I really don't have cravings other than a few things like sweet tea and Mexican food. I can force myself to do with out. Good luck with your diet and using the forums.
