No..sorry.... but it is better to start with SB phase I when switching...and I will tell you why.

Atkins Induction has you at 20 carbs of veggies a day. When increasing carb levels it is best to do it very slowly so that your body can adapt.

SB phase I has us eating :
1 serving of nuts a day,
2 cups of dairy daily and
2 servings of beans/legumes a day, a serving bieng 1/3 -1/2 cup.
This is in addition to all the phase I veggies you can eat and good lean protein.

That is a big increase of carb level.

See the Meal Plan Chart and food lists on page 93 of my journal. If you haven't already done so, print them up and use as reference as you learn to eat this way.

Good Luck!

Hi! I also recently swithced....although I hadn't been true on Atkins for the past year and literally gained 40 pounds!!!! I'm a little nervous on SB, I already feel like I'm cheating (compared to Atkins), I hope I can get good results. Good luck to you!
