My first go round I was coming down from 260, I think I quit after two weeks, I don't remember how much I lost. Maybe a month or so later, I was at 247, I hadn't really gained too much after the first attempt, but I couldn't control my eating, I was constantly SIMULTANEOUSLY STUFFED AND STARVING and I had just had the medication that is the primary reason for my gains and for my sugar eating being out of whack increased a great deal, and I just said enough, started again, and I think I lost 17 pounds the first two weeks. I had a tentative goal of 140. So that's 17 out of...97? Wait, 107.

i was curious about this as well. im not sure if im in induction, since im not doing atkins, but im eating VLC and i lost 5 lbs this week.

is around 1 lb a day normal for a VLC diet with lots of exercise?

Have lost almost 4 kgs in 7 days I think that is about 9 lbs although I cheat on 1 thing: Can't live without T. No way.

I live mainly of chicken, fish, rocket, rhubarb, courgettes and cheeses.
and well all the fresh herbs from the garden + walnut and olive oil. As we go away this weekend I'll try to get some olives.

Here are two really stupid questions : you mention often cheese sticks? I those they are completely off limits since it is pastry with cheese?

Any other ideas what to do with rhubarb?
