Default Are you enjoying the "LC high?"
From the times that I've done LC, I remember this feeling of elation take over at a certain point (I think week 2 induction), and I felt wonderful and happy. Are you guys there yet?

I'm only on day two induction and I'm feeling irritable and sluggish. Can't wait!

No, I've never felt this I've lost 100 pounds and I have yet to experience that elation.
