Well, I had a little whoosh....don't think it was water weight so I hope it sticks!
I hear you Ms.A. The "ups" on the scale can bring one down but I do my best to be accountable. Though I weigh daily, I average my weekly totals and I call that my "official" weight. I bounce a lot ( and stall) so some weeks I only lose a few ounces....but I like seeing the downward trend.
