atlchica, I usually just shop at Publix. The only special LC products I use are tortillas and shakes, both of which I can get there. There was a specialty low carb shop up in Roswell a couple of years ago - I can't remember the name of it at the moment. (I have a feeling they're not there any more, though.)

The name will come to me eventually - once I think of it I'll check to see if they're still in business.

If he likes vegetarian food tell him to go by The Grit on Prince Street. OMG, they have the best food. I always get the Golden Bowl (minus the brown rice). It's fried tofu, and it is DEEEEEELISH!!! I think I'm hungy...I started talking about food out of the blue...lmao!!!
