Default Not New, But back

Well I am back, and have about 30 pounds to lose. I was down to 202 and I am back up to 239. With my dad passing a few months ago and me loving cookies, I have to jump back on it before I got way out of control. I miss the ladies and gents on this site. I am happy to be back. I know the cookie and brownies got me back up in weight, so I am going to stick this out for sure. I have been doing well as I always have on this WOE for the last two plus weeks. Good to still see the same old crew around

Sorry for your loss- glad you made it back without regaining all the weight. I am sure your father would be happy to know you were headed back in the right direction.

Since you identified stress/sadness as triggers for you, I recommend thinking of coping strategies for next time..... For example, I get a lot of benefit from yoga, hiking or just walking if I can't get to a decent trail.
But people use all kinds of techniques- from getting a massage to shopping, calling an old friend, volunteering, etc......

Welcome back!
