Default Hot Yoga, Anyone?

Just wondering if any of my LC friends here are into Hot Yoga? I just started this past week, and LOVE it! I'm planning to stick to it 3 days per week minimum. I just love how it makes me feel (more emotionally than physically - so far I've spent 3 days this week immensely sore from it!). Any others here who do it?

Yep -love it!! I've been doing a version of it ( Bikram or - "hot" yoga)for about 3 years. I do my best to get there 4 times a week - it makes a huge difference to my mental health - long, lean muscles and yoga butt are a pretty good side effect!

My son's roommate did it for a while. I don't know if she still does. She has lots of unaddressed anger issues and it helped her frame of mind.

I'm on my second month of Bikram hot yoga and I'm loving it. I've never had a workout like it, and I've never had such fast changes in my body like this.

It's hard and awful and fabulous and amazing all at once. When I walk out of that classroom, dripping wet and exhausted I just want to high-five myself for doing it.

I feel such a huge sense of accomplishment and pride every time I finish a class. I'll never go back to boring treadmill/weights/elliptical workouts again.

yup! I love it as well. I just did a class tonight but it wasn't as intense ( different instructor). I had to do a cardio class to get my heartrate up after it. But, in general, I do love hot yoga!
