I think sunflower seeds have lots of E too. I thought they got E from sunflower/safflower.

Yep, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and pinenuts, too- oh, and avocado. Almond milk is a good source, also.

I did find some E that is soy-free but it has over 700 iu's per cap and I think that dose is too high. Wasn't there some controversy of E a few years back?

Most of the other E's I've looked at contain soy. If it's soybean oil it's possible I wouldn't react since it is refined enough not to contain protein. Still, I don't want to chance it. One brand actually listed their soy as GMO - good grief.

Another crappy night with flashing.

I eat avocado almost daily.
