I'm not in Ontario... but I thought I'd give you a little feed back. It isn't neccessary to purchase Atkins Formula #3. You can go to any health food store and purchase essential oils (I use Udo's Ultimate Oil Blend). Ask your pharmacist for a good multi-vitamin/mineral tablet (I use the liquid one which is more easily absorbed by the body). Also, I use FitDay to keep track of my nutritional needs (as well as my carb, fat and calorie intake). It's really a great tool!!

As for L-carnitine, again... any health food store (such as Genesis or Nutrition House, for example) will carry it. Your best bet is to check out the yellowpages and make some calls.

G'luck, and welcome to low-carbing!!

Technically, L-Carnitine is not for sale OTC (over the counter) in Canada, but is a controlled/prescription "drug".

Long story, but that's the truth of it.

Many US companies won't ship it north either, for the same reason. Customs has of course a list of controlled/prescription drugs.
