Personally, I measure everything. I like to see exactly where it's coming off, what's going fastest, slowest, etc.

My list is:
Neck
Bicep
Forearm
Wrist
Chest
Stomach
Waist
Hips
Thigh
Calf
Ankle

This is probably over the top of what most people do, but it works for me.

Yep, everything. The little successes are nice, especially when the scale isn't moving. I measure once a month - more than that I imagine would be discouraging (won't see a big difference).

I follow both the scale and the measurements. If I feel like I have lots of changes going I would measure everyother week. When it is slower I measure once a month. A scale can be a good guide because if you are dropping you might feel okay about measuring again, and measurements can help you feel okay if the weight nudges up. I like to weigh once a week on the same day. It keeps me honest, I think, both are good tools to use together.
