Welcome to the forum, MaidMarian. I suggest that you read the Atkins book of your choice (there are 3 versions) for in-depth information on the plan. I also suggest reading in the "Newbies' Questions" area of the forum, especially the "Advice for Newbies" post (all of the pages) and WereBear's tips.
P.S.: Your weight stats appear to be wrong, showing that you've gained weight since you began low-carbing. The format is <beginning weight>/<current weight>/<goal weight>.
