Today: I'm hoping not to do anything but rest. I'm starting to feel better, so maybe I will get well enough to do my new workout ....Turbojam. I was really sore from yesterdays walking....still sick I suppose.

My first workout in a long time. Turbojam "Learn and Burn". It's about 20 minutes of kickboxing like workout. It was enough to start with. On a funny note...she described how to do a sidethrust kick better than my old teacher. Or maybe I just know how already...I just remember it taking me so long to get it.

I jsut have to note here that I'm almost too sore to move. It's hard to get up because I'm sore and weak. Not sure if it was the workout, the moving furniture, cleaning, getting over being sick or some combination of all or some of those. Whatever it is I'm sore!!!!

I really need to get some new shoes. Maybe I can get inserts to help until I get time to go shopping. The last cheap ones I put in helped for a while....
