Progress: 41%
Default 10lbs down however no movement in 3 weeks

Been on LC for 1 month tomorrow, lost 10 lbs the first week, and no loss in the last 3 weeks, eating the same foods, feeling kind of discourgaged...any idea..what i could be doing wrong?

Typical day

3 Ex Large eggs,2 Sausage patties
Celery with cream cheese
Tuna,with mayo,cheese spread over lettuce
Cheese and Pepperoni for snack
Dinner-3 ex large eggs and 5 strips of bacon
tons of water, and excercise 5-6 days a week.
Consists of weight training and cardio.

Do you think i should just stick to cardio and kill the weights for a bit?Till i get to my goal weight?

Your food looks okay for protein and fat. Kinda boring though. You might try adding some more green veggies, for variety and taste.

As for exercise, kill the cardio. Keep the weights.

You may be close enough to your ideal weight (with lots of muscle weight in that total) that you don't have much fat to lose. A better measure than weight is how your clothes fit. Check your belt.

Check inch loss - thats more important. Just stick with it and try not to fret about it - it will come off, just not as quickly as you want. I found I'd lose weight but no inches for a couple of weeks and then I'd lose inches but no weight for a couple. Its like our bodies have to catch up and readjust themselves
