Pat's Pie

My friend Pat made up this wonderful pie - easy and delicious

Crust
1 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup splenda

form in the bottom of pie plate and bake 15 min at 350 degrees

make up 1 package of Sugar Free Fiesta Fruit (or any kind you like) according to directions on box - put in fridge to semi-set for 1 1/2 hours

mix jello with 1 3/4 cup of whipping cream & 1 box Jello brand White Chocolate Sugar Free pudding

Beat with mixer and pour onto crust - set in fridge.
