Ugh...It's been so very long since I posted here. These past weights and numbers are motivating to get back to that place again and even better
Going to start charting here my Hcg journal, along with weight, meals, moods and weekly for measurements.
I just remembered that I should be doing my measurements weekly so I did that. A little disappointing to see them up from my last measuring on 10/20 but they're still down from a month ago in most areas. So this will be my start here....
HCG ROUND 2 DIARY
Day 1 (loading)...192.4 Today I'm loading and ate a whole bunch of junk
Day 2 (loading)...195 Another day of loading and I already feel awful. Lots of yucky burps
Hopefully tomorrow I won't be up too much more. Excited to get back to 500 cal and losing
Goal is to stay to protocol strictly and release 25 lbs.
Day 3 (500 cal).....193.2 (-1.8) Last night to this morning was horrible from loading. Terrible gas! So glad it’s done! Very shocked to see a loss. Let’s keep it going
