Boy did I do a bad planning day today. I slept through my alarm and had a hard time getting up... then I realized that I had to be at work an hour early for a meeting with the Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Committee. So I made my breakfast shake, and threw some stuff into a bag.

I ended up working through lunch, so I've only had so far:

B: Breakfast shake
S: Mozza/ V8
S: small apple and a few dried apricots

I'm leaving work early, as I've almost worked 8 hours now. So I'm going to stop at Wendy's on the way home and get a chicken BLT salad and use my dressing I have at home. Those salads are so yummy, and not too bad for you (other than the bacon and that it's not lowfat cheese). But since I only eat them once every few weeks, it's not too bad. (So this will be an ultra-late lunch).

Tonight I'm going to a cocktail party at a place here in the city. It is sponsored by Leashes and Lovers and I'm taking my shih-tzu, Gomez. I think it'll be fun!! I'm planning on having 1 drink and hoping that the tapas are OK for me to eat.

If I didn't know that you were in the puppy walking biz, I'd wonder a little bit about that party you were going to

I hope the tapas work in your favour!
