man- that kicked my butt

i had a 24 hour stomache bug or something. me & my dh both had it matter-of-fact. my tummy feels better today, but im still totally achey and sore and tired- even after getting a good nights sleep... and its a beautiful morning for a walk, but i just dont know if i can hack it. on the upside, i feel like i may have dropped a pound or 2
