Now that I have fallen for those yummy flaxseed muffins I was wondering if there are any flaxseed snack cookie recipes floating about ?

Thank you in advance.

You can use flax muffin batter to make big, soft cookies. Scoop it out onto parchment lined baking sheets - its runny so don't place the cookies to close together and bake until the cookies are dry on top and springy when you press down on them.

I found a recipe somewhere for flaxseed crackers, and I couldn't believe it ,they really taste like crackers, and are good to boot. Amazing when you find something new and healthier!!

wils-
could you post that recipe, or a link to it? I have to be the only person who doesn't like the combo of sweet and flax. Crackers sound interesting.
Thanks
Eno
