I was just wondering if some of the experts that have been doing this WOE for awhile could post a typical days menu so that maybe I can get a better idea of how often to add things in. Also, is everybody using the new LC products or products that are naturally LC. Like, LC bread vs. a high fiber naturally LC bread.
