still going, i've lost 12 pounds; had a few setbacks though. i have had diverticulitis on occassion and my doctor believes the lowcarb is causing flareups. i do eat alot of vegies, drink my water but nuts do cause me some problems. if i have a piece of bread, its always high fiber...cant do much cheese as it causes a "plug-up", red meats are abit of a problem, and i dont eat much fruit...my doc wants me to add fiber in the form of albran cereal, more fruit, beans, and less meats. eggs are ok. so, i will try my best to add some things in, beans, ect. and let you know how it goes.

I would NOT increase fiber. Here's what wiki says (I'm sure you can find it elsewhere as well):

...and the high fiber diet, as noted in the first quote, may not be a good idea in the first place.
