Default I'm Fat! (No Longer Obese)

Thread title says it all. I never thought this day would come. Even 15 pounds ago it seemed so far away and unattainable. Although it's been slow going, it hasn't been all that difficult. My original plan was to be below by 170 by Easter and then go into a maintenance mode. I've definitely decided against that. At some point I will go back into maintenance before I start losing again, but right now I'm on such a losing high that I don't want to stop.

Me too! Isn't it great!! I love being just fat... and healthy. Imagine all the twig thin young vegans rolling their eyes at such a comment. But it really is great. Being just slightly overweight and not obese by BMI standards may actually be a healthier place to be than those who strive to be rail thin. Being just a little fat is cause for celebration. Congratulations.
