The way I take advantage of this Gut flora information with other information are;

The main goal is to prevent/resist pain and suffering.

1. fasting, one meal per day or even per 2 days.
2. no balance diet, one class of food per meal.

Result;
Gout attack and constant inflamation are almost gone.
No more Ibuprofin.

Google fasting breast cancer recurrence rate

law of physics -> 'Gut flora grows/dies' consumes energy.

'Gut flora grows/dies' whenever I switch the class of food.
The toxin(which caused inflamation) the old gut flora created ceased to exist or ceased to increase with the new gut glora or fasting.

Avoid food processed with high temperature cooking/frying/bbqing/... and food processed with chemicals.

Example of class of food;
Meat -> raw chicken, beef, pork(bone/joints are good source of calcium/joint tissue)
Fruit/Vegi
Nuts
Egg
Fish
Milk products
...

Arrange meals in sharp contrast;
meat -> nuts -> fruit/vegi ==> not good
buts -> meat -> fruit/vegi ==> good
