Default LC Bread

Ingredients:

1 Packet Carbolite Bread Mix
1 Box Vital Wheat Gluten* (1.25 cups)
6 Jumbo Eggs
1/8 cup Soy Flour
7 oz. Warm Water
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Yeast

Process:

1) Empty Packet of Bread Mix into Pan.
2) Add Water
3) Add Olive Oil
4) Add Yeast
5) Mix Thouroughly
6) Add Eggs
7) Mix Thouroughly
8) Add Soy Flour
9) Mix Thouroughly
10) Add Wheat Gluten
11) Mix Thouroughly
12) Bake at 350 degrees until Brown

It came out pretty well. The texture was great...and it tasted ok. I cut into 28 slices. You can cut it up however you wish. According to Fitday, the ingridients work out as follows:

*Vital Wheat Gluten. be very carefull to get the right product. Vital Wheat Gluten should have 3g Carbs and 1g Fiber per 4 tsp. Do not mistake it for "Hi-Gluten Wheat," "Gluten Flour," etc...as these are all White/Wheat flour with extra Gluten. Read the label to be sure you are getting the right one. I bought "Hodgson Mill Vital Wheat Gluten w. Vitamin C" at Winn-Dixie.

I think that qualifies as the most expensive loaf of bread in town.
