Thumbs down totally blew it!

Well I blew induction...Saturday we went to the beach (came home looking like a lobster) and I had ice-cream and then for dinner we ate at Taco Bell. I think my TOM is coming on because I have been so hungry and cramping like crazy. I am just going to start fresh on Monday. Been in bed all day since I am burnt so bad, it hurts to even to move!!
I am not even going to get on the scale for the next week.

Smile No u didn't, t'was merely an minor slip up

Hey Jules,
Firstly slap on the after sun girly, we don't want u shedding ur skin aswell, damn sun and it's sneaky burning us all to cinders!
Also, don't get disheartened by ur little food digression at the weekend, (if u stop it now) u won't gain back all those hard lost pounds. It may even shock ur body into loosing again. I have read some peeps do that. But also, ur body was probably readjusting to the loss and u weren't 'Stalling' as such, ur body was just understanding and getting in the groove. Don't forget this is a WOL not a 'diet' which u jump on and off till u get to the right number, the weekend is a learning curve, and i have read everybody has them, besides u were at the seaside- it's religion to have an icecream by the sea!!!
Good luck for this week, rememebr today is Monday and u have laready lost weight- don't beat urself up about small things, it's not worth it. If TOM really is coming then stay away from the scales for at least a week, U'll only get disheartened by the water retention.

Good luck getting to the gym, I still haven't hauled myself back to the place of mega sweaty-ness. Like I said, today is Monday, fresh start!
Will be checking up on u again!!!
Gem

Jules, it's okay!!! I don't know anyone who does low carb and has never fell off the wagon at least once. I think laying off the scale for a couple of days is a good idea, it is just too discouraging to weigh everyday. Don't give up, you are doing great.

Red face Ooooh I hurt!!!

Thanks guys for the words of support! I haven't posted because I have been in bed with heat stroke and a terrible sunburn! I am the true picture of "burnt like a lobster!" I am hurtin' so bad that I haven't been able to get dressed for the last two days. Anyway, I am going to get back on the wagon tomorrow morning. I still haven't started my TOM but I went off the pill before starting induction so my system is probably messed up some. I hope everyone had a good memorial day weekend!

Default Jules, I agree

that you haven't BLOWN it. I had a day like that last week, Thurs I believe it was, and I ate what I shouldn't have. But you know what, I didn't gain back much, maybe 1 or 2 lbs, and now that I have gotten back to it, I lost a few more! Don't feel like you have failed! I know I felt that way but a few days down the road, I see that I didn't !! I just stumbled a bit!

As for the sunburn, I totally know what you are going through! I have very fair skin and freckles if that tells you anything. I finally came to the conclusion a few years ago that the sun is my enemy. LOL I've had more instances like what you are going through than I care to remember. LOL

Get you some aloe vera(if you have a plant, even better...nothign like au naturale aloe!) and take care of yourself!!

Thumbs down

Thanks Fairy! Well, I feel like I have blown it...I made the mistake of getting on the scale this morning because curiosity was killing the cat and it said I was 199!!! I didn't even want to start again it made me feel so bad, all that over a weekend? I will get back at it, just feel like crud!

Goodmorning and thanks Fairy. I still haven't started my TOM (not sure what's up with that) and I just feel like overall crud! My sunburn pain is easing a bit but still uncomfortable and now I am starting to peel...look like a real winner...NOT! =(
Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 chicken breast, crystal light and water.

Oh, isn't peeling just the BEST?? NOT!

Hope TOM rears her ugly head soon so you can kick her on her way even sooner!

Have a great one!
