B: leftover chilli (no beans) with asparagus
S: banana
L: Salad with smoked salmon and cheese
S: none
D: lean steak with mushrooms, onions, peppers and broccoli
1 glass red wine

Sat 2/11 [Phase 2]

b=2 Whole Wheat pancakes with berries,s/f syrup and 1 c 1% milk for tea.

sn=salsa on wasa cracker

l=97% ff Hot Dog on WW bun kraut and a lg salad with dress.

sn=berry & yogurt smoothie

d-stuffed pepper[ m/s chik strips tomato sauce mozz] and mixed veggies.along with a lg salad with dress.

des=1/2 c s/f pudding w) topping.

80 oz water 1/2 my weight.

sat 2/11- phase II

b- 1/2 cup greek cherry yogurt, coffee w/ ff H&H
s/l- 4 ozs chicken breast w/ big salad w/ vinaigrette dressing (lettuce, cherry tomato, red pepper, olives, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms)
s- 1 orange, hummus w/5 brown rice snaps
d- 1/2 cup lentils, ratatouille w/ 2.5 ozs chicken breast and 1/2 cup kamut pasta
s- 2 s/f fudgsicles, dried apricots and pecans

l-WW brown Bag Hero[salami,provolone,tomato slice lettuce leaves Italain dress.on a ww roll] 1 pickle wedge

sn=1c l/f yogurt

d-salad with dress. Ham steak,brown rice 1c aparagus spears

des=pb & sp fr mixed in 1/4 c fiber one cereal.

s- small bag soy crisps, hummus w/ brown rice snaps
d- 2 cups turkey chili w/ 1/2 cup kamut pasta
s- 1/2 cup s/f pudding w/ whipped cream, prunes w/ pecans


I'm stuck inside with this blizzard and am making a pot of chili....I'm so glad that I bought all the ingredients yesterday cuz I cannot get to a store today...I'm a wuss and afraid to walk and fall.....
