Question Does the weight stay off?

*When on the egg/meat fast for about 3 days, does the weight stay off as you return to induction? *Am I no longer going to have a stall after it? *If I should, how often should I do egg/meat fast?

Thankyou

There should not be any worry about the weight staying off when you go back to induction. Stalling is common, usually you just have to grit your teeth and stay with it!

I have to say that I'm leery about the egg and meat fast thing, particularly if find yourself relying on it. If you're not losing at least some weight under strict induction, then you have to start asking why your metabolism is resisting. E.g., you might have an underactive thyroid.

I agree with SidC.

The meat and egg fast is hokey at best. It's not a method any book or doctor came up with. It's gimmicky.

Dr. Atkins recommended a fat fast under very specific conditions. If you meet that criteria, then go for it - and follow it as written.
