Default Meat and Egg Fast?

I remember reading about this quite a while ago. I think its time I tried it. Will it really shock your body into losing weight quickly? Where can I find the information on it again?

I've heard a few mixed reviews of this. Some people say it really kick starts weight loss, other say that it increases insulin resistance (not a good thing).

To those who have done this before.....

Is there a certain amount of protein or calories or something I should be aiming for?

For breakfast I had two large eggs cooked omlette style without cheese or anything. I plugged that into Fitday and came up with something like 149 calories and 1 carb. I was told not to count the carbs for eggs. I think it was 12 protein.

I tried it for 4 days and lost 3 pounds, but I did have seasonings on my meat. Im not a big egg eater, so I didn't eat much eggs. I also ate bacon alot. It worked for me
