Well.. my FIL certainly found out this was true of hearing aid batteries... he thought it was one of his small pills until he realized he was one battery short and had one pill too many.

MOMD #22 - it was my husband's birthday, so I bought him a cupcake and just had a cesar salad (no croutons) when we went out for his birthday dinner.

Ha! As for me all I can think of is Cameron sitting on a toilet ....

Anyway, in her special vernacular, she could be one of us. And as to what she said, I agree. And we all know there are food stores full of non food labeled as food.

I have just today started the induction pahse I meant to start on the 21st. I have not been off plan per sey, just not induction. And sice I got my medical report and my BUN level is higher than last time, I get to see a Nephrologist tomorrow. This ought to be good.

I am NOT saying one word about low carb to him. I will tell him what I eat and that I cut out almost all junk food, fast food and sodas though. I wrote about this guy once before in my journal, he's the "I'm the Doctor here!" guy. I doubt he will remember me, what with me being one of the little people...

Anyway, onward, 60% calories from fat is my goal, moderate protien and the rest veggies. That's the plan. I will drop the rest of this weight and get off my hypertension meds and stop/repair the kidney issue. Once I know what it is, that is. I suspect damage from hypertension being untreated, and that is totally my fault.

The beauty of a plan is one can always tweak it as health issues dictate. I just hope my kidneys don't asplode!

Some new info in my blog here too....

Later WONJ type people!

I am MOMD Day # 13

Doing really well on tracking my macros. It helps me stop eating that late snack at the end of my day.

Niudog, I don't think I could get to all those seconds of plank, but I found a version that doesn't go so fast. Think I 'm going to try that with the same amount of wall sits. Should be a good place to at least start.

Calling a cheat for this weekend. It's my B-Day Friday and our "would be" anniversary if there were a Leap Day this year!
