NC gal new to support

Hello all!

I'm a newbie to the forum, however I've been successful on Atkins since July. I'm a single mom of a 4 year old boy and a full-time college student. I'm loving my new energy levels and feeling optimistic about my goal weight. This is my first attempt to actually lose weight, as I've always been afraid to try fad diets. This is a whole new way of life for me and I'm proud to be a low-carb gal!
