Read as many books as you can get your hands on, and then read more. Also, read blogs and watch youtube videos having to do with lc.
For me personally, I'm a fan of the ketogenic diet with at least 70% fat calories. If you look at what 70% fat looks like, it's not that bad. Think of a ribeye steak.
I tend to go with the idea that the only time my ancestors ate sweets was 8-12 weeks out of the year when fruit was in season. I'm guessing that the rest of the year, they were probably eating mostly meat. I'll never know the exact answer, but this seems to make sense for me.
