Default Question for Fern & Dan

I have been stuck at 162lbs for 3 months. My measurements are 41-34-41 I do cardio 5-6 times a week and weight train heavy 3x a week. My measurements arent changing at all. I am 5'7 (female). Will CKD help me change my body shape faster than if I continue following strictly low carb? I dont care about the numbers on the scale. I want my body shape to change! Want to be 38-28-36. I currently wear a size 14 because of my lower abs. My waist is a size 12. I do heavy ab work 3x a week also. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A CKD may be of benefit considering the intensity of your exercise rotuine.

In addition to the CKD try the following:

(1) Switch your weight training to circuit style.
(2) Try cardio in the AM on an empty stomach.
(3) Do interval training in your cardio.

These are just a start. They are 3 proven "plateau busters" that I use for my clients. There are more, but those 3 are a good combo that is almost foolproof.

Let us know how it goes ....

Thanks Dan! The only thing I don't already do that you suggested is interval cardio. I am addicted to the elliptical trainer for the last month. Before then it was the treadmill. Every so often I'll do 15 minutes of running and then the elliptical for 20 or 30. Doesn't three months seem like a long plateau?
