Hi eva123!

Here are a few recipes for that sweet tooth. I think I found most of them (if not all) on this site. I've had them for a while on my puter, that's why I'm not exactly sure where I found them.

Indivdual Chocolate Cheesecake

1 ounce cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon Splenda
1 teaspoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Microwave for 30 seconds, Mix well, refrigerate until firm

Cinnamon/Sugar Pork Rinds

pork rinds--half a bag in a mixing bowl
1/2 cube butter, melted
mixture of 4 packets Splenda and cinnamon

Pour the butter over the rinds, mix well, then spinkle on the cinnamon-Splenda and mix well.

Sugar Free Fudge

16 oz chreem cheese, softened
2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
sugar substitute to = 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2cup chopped pecans

In a small mixing bow, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sugar substitute and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into an 8 in square pan lined wiht foil. (I think you could also butter the pan and be fine). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled. Yield: 16 servings.

That's all I have for just microwave cooking. Maybe someone else will have more to add.

HTH!

Thanks Z-Girl

At last......something I can experiment with..

also, bear in mind I am in Europe so we do not have pork rinds. I have always wondered if I could just fry some bacon to a nice crisps and pretend it is pork rinds.... what the hell are those really?

They are mentioned EVERYWHERE.... people use them as breading, snacks, etc....

Oops, I wasn't thinking about you being from Europe. Pork rinds are actually pork skins that are deep fried. They end up somewhat puffy and crunchy. I'm not sure if frying bacon would do the same thing. I kind of doubt it though. If you do a search on the internet on pork rinds, that may give you an idea exactly what they are.

See ya!

Karen's no bake Vancouver Cheesecake is another good one. It's not for a microwave but it is stove-top. It's very yummy. You can find it on this website.

Thanks guys...

... yeah yeah.. probably thinking why doesn't this stupid have an oven...well........ I do but.....
ok ok. i moved 7 months ago (this does not make it better, does it ) and brought in an old (yet practically unused) cooker from my mum's. IT is gas but the oven is electric..i have to actually create the plug from the wires.... the house does not have all the electrical sockets fitted in ==> have to do it ==> yeah right, will some day... Not today!!!! Have already done it for the washing machine a while ago. I will get to it........

so the oven is here, actually never used therefore shiny...
