Default Simple Chinese Chicken Salad -- Near Paleo

I LOVE this salad, it is so simple to make and is just delicious.

-Sliced raw cabbage (Savoy cabbage works best for salads like this but green cabbage is ok, just thicker).
- Cold cooked chicken (or hot cooked chicken if you have) torn off the bone and cut into mouth sized pieces.
- Sesame oil (I had toasted sesame oil)
- Rice Wine Vinegar (or lime juice)
- Red Pepper Flakes

Throw cabbage and chicken into a bowl. Drizzle on the sesame oil. Toss. Drizzle on the rice vinegar and douse with red pepper flakes (if you want them). Toss again.

YUM!

Possible add-ins:

Raw or lightly cooked broccoli.
Cashews
Green Onion

LOL!

Ok, I discovered something important. Do not use too much sesame oil! It will work like a laxative. I wondered why I was rushing to the bathroom every time I ate my salad, then I googled and found out why.

Now I have all this dressing made up I'm going to throw out. Maybe I can keep some and just dilute it a lot with olive oil.
