My pretend journal - notes to self.
I'm a little confused about my weight. I made 2 changes 4 days ago.
I have issues with not retaining water. So I drink broth in the morning usually 800mg sodium. I got a new type of broth and it increased to 1640mg sodium. Perhaps too much salt, it started making my stomach sick. I also ran out of my thyroid medication started taking some old stuff, I don't think that would make much difference except that I'm so freezing cold - low thyroid symptom.
Today will try:
Cut back sodium to 800 mg
try to eat lower Na foods in afternoon
drink more plain water
