Thanks for starting the thread Oma.
I've been having an awful time the past three days with
horrible ovulation pain and hormonal cravings and a general
feeling of being ill. Last night I went to bed 8pm.

Anyway, feeling great today and the pain is gone - until next time !

Not sure why I had the gain as I've eaten on plan....unless my bad 2 days earlier in the week are catching up to me. We're going on a bike trip this weekend and I probably won't be able to weigh in. Can't take my scale and I hate to weigh on a different hotel scale for 2 days, if they even have one. Hopefully it's not disaster when I come back.

Down a bit from the ridiculous high numbers that I have been having. But I suspect it might just be because I have had an upset stomach overnight. And I am pretty sure I am dehydrated.

05/03: 191 spent all day yesterday cooking for a party we're having this afternoon. I'm sure the extra weight is the result of tasting various carby items to make sure they were properly seasoned. I guess I NEED to learn to cook from recipes instead of "by taste" but, at this point in my life, I think that would be rather like asking a musician who plays by ear to learn to read music. LOL! Hopefully tomorrow the extra will drop back off. Gotta run, LOT of company (70 people, seriously!) arriving in just a few hours!
