25 pound by Christmas Challage
Okay guys. I went ahead and started this thread. We can still post our stats every Monday. But this way, they'll all be together over the next two months and it'll be easier to see the progress.
Well.. I will try but 25 lbs for me would put me about 20 lbs past my goal. I was going to change my goal to 200 lbs anyways so this is going to be good.

My mini-challenge to myself was to loose 10 lbs. by New Year's Eve so if I can get myself down to 150 lbs. I'll be really thrilled. I'm not even going to set myelf up for dissappointment by thinking I can loose more ...

Start today, Whenever you posted. First weigh In the 29th of Oct. on Monday. Every Monday post your stats and weight loss, in the group Journal under heading , Boot Camp Journal. Then all our post's will be together. Hope this help's! Shirl.
I think this will really help me to stick to this even more. It's great that I have a place to compare notes and get advice with others that don't criticize low-carbing. An added plus is this challenge. I hope that I can do this. Now I will REALLY have to stick to my exercising, too!
