Default Bun and Thigh Roller-Review

Hey everyone!

I just recieved my Bun and Thigh Roller.

As far as I can tell with just a few uses....It works!

Even though the workout itself is very easy and feels more like simply rocking in a rocking chair than an exercise session...I feel the burn today.

I got out of bed and immediately felt it, similiar to the feeling after riding a horse.

This may not be the best for someone who trains alot and has already developed good tone and strength. For someone who may need a gentler workout because of bad back or knees-this it PERFECT

I would suggest for anyone interested in purchasing one to go ahead and get the advancded bands, unless of course you have been completely sedentary, but I personally underestimated my leg strength and will be getting the other bands soon, I would also suggest having an foam exercise mat, the thing does shift while you are rocking.

It comes with video with instructions on putting it together and a very basic beginner workout, there are arm attachments available and an advanced video, also included is a diet plan, but LC'ers beware, it's 1000 calories and based on carb exchanges.

Hi. I'm just curious as to where you bought yours. I've been looking online and some sites only give you 2 bands and charge $60. The best one I've seen is from the walmart website. You get 8 bands for like $45. Still seems a little high to me, but I just wanted to know if there was another site with a better deal.
