I finally whooshed off the CN gain. A big 2.6 lb whoosh. I hope I can get back to 205 by Thursday morning.

HIMI - Sorry you are all bloated and miserable! I hope nasty TOM comes and goes soon, taking the bloat with it!

BARB - We are supposed to get snow tonight and possibly up to 9 inches!!!! That is too much for a spring snow, but we always seem to get snow in March, so not too weird. Congrats on your loss yesterday and good luck on this new game!

Last night I was up way too late trying to get my mailer out, and this morning I had to change and re-submit the whole thing again! I am still working on the wrap-up stuff so I won't get a break until this afternoon I hope.

On the menu today is a couple eggs and a sausage patty for lunch, then a tuna salad on spinach for dinner. Pretty much the same as yesterday. I've been just under 1200 cals for the past couple days, and under 1100 the couple days previous to that. So I am grateful for the whoosh today. I was beginning to worry!

You all have a great Monday! I will TRY to stop back later.

I have the LEASE on the mable mobile!.
BEEN the same for 5 days.. I had dropped a whopping 0.2 from CN weight. UGH.. It is me not the plan. Have not been sleeping for days now and eating late at night or early morning depending upon the outlook AND so much sodium. Do not when to track one day and stop the other.

KATHY - Hope this a goreat day for you! Happy you are getting back into the YOU routine

HIMI - TOM will lbe gone eventually!Mother Nature really screwed up with that! Women are not meant to be giving birth into the 60's and older so why this mess continues is sheer punishment Hope it comes and go quicky for you! How is Kisses doing? BARB - I am with the others about that onion snow.. never heard of that. Happy we get no snow here but the cold has been bad enough. I rode around the grove yesterday and was shocked to see not the teeny buds I saw just 2 weeks ago, but the open flowers and busy bees in them. Everything is is on time here. 3 mos and the berries will pickable

CHRISSIE - you keep me laughing with your quick sharp witt! How you come up with this stuff is amazing. Now that you have broken through, let it keep going!!!

PAULETTIEKINS>>>I hope you get the work done well and fast. That is a rotten shame you had to redo the thing! I ONLY WISH your wishes came true. Not doing CN tomorrow. When I am down one pound or more I will do it.
I eat next to nothing usually and to wake things up I had breakfast for 2 days.eggs and cheese omlette.. had some ground meat I made that had sauteed musshrooms and scallion in it that I added too. PLeanty of HC in hot choc drink and large mug of coffee... ya know what happened??? I had the worse heartburn all day long. Then that snacking in the middle of the night.. I thought perhaps I was hungry and that was what kept me up. Had liverwurst, and muenster cheese...nope.. not it at all.. bring out the TUMS!
This morning I have (am having now) my large mug of tea with a healthy serving of HC..and 2 .5 oz of liverwurst...going for round 2 in a minute. Calves liver is for a big late lunch... Yesterday I also had a few ounces of that chicken quarter. It takes me 2-3 days to eat just ONE. OY.. I bough so many of them for that great sale..10 LBS $5.00.. actually pennies under 5 bucks...and I bought TWO BAGS>>> they do not seem to getting fewer. Jodi is eating them too !!!Carl ..well. not on a bet LOL

Jodi has a student/client here for a couple of days to help out. A really lovely girl. She and Jodi will work with COOKIE.. Jodi made sure I intend to actually RIDE her after they put the time into her..so she is drugged with herbal suppplements to calm her down ( they never have worked no matter how much or what kinds) and good luck to them both . A couple of hard days with the girls and she will be better or worse !!!

THE FLOORS .. UGLY MESS. The floor machines were not able to get all the hard shine finsihes off that were added over the past years. I told Carl to keep his eyes and ears open for when the rental ones come on sale. I want to but it. AND will now look for a floor buffer to use. No more liquid shine no matter what the product claims or how much it costs.. no more. Just buffing it.

I am fixing my chart - the goal wt was not right.

CRICKET - I am sorry you are not budging it weight! But you do seem to have a very weird eating schedule going on! I surely hope something changes on that scale soon so you can continue on with the CN as planned.

I had rotisserie chicken today instead of my eggs/sausage. I ate both leg quarters. It was a small chicken. But the meat added up to almost 9 oz! That takes care of most of my daily protein. My tuna salad should bring it a bit above what I need. So I need to get a bit more fat in there to balance it out. I think I shall make myself some more coffee with more cream.

I'm still working on that darned mailer but expect to be done soon!

POLLIEKINS... lost my post ARGGHHH.... I hope I only need 10 days! To be honest I cannot see myself on CN tomorrow.. I would never enjoy one bite. It is too soon for me!

Good afternoon ladies. I worked a 16 hour shift last night (7pm-11am) so that I can go to Chris' sons volleyball practice. I figured even though Chris is in Miami someone should still be there to support him. His son is in Special Olympics and they are paired with a non special olympics person for these practices to keep them focused. I was surprised no one else had heard of an "onion snow" so I starting wondering if I had the term right. I googled it and found it is a regional term, primarily in Pennsylvania and comes form Pennsylvania Dutch origins. No wonder no one else heard of it....it's just one of those crazy terms we make up in PA! At least I know I didn't make it up! It's normally the last snow of the season (usually in late March/early April) and melts quickly. The snow covered everything this morning, but melted quickly so, hopefully, it's the end of it until fall. It was only in the 30's today, but it's supposed to warm up later in the week.

Kathy: Great job on another loss today. It's so nice of you to support Chris' son. My boys would always help with Special Olympics and they loved it! The kids have so much fun.

Chrissie: Hope you and Cricket enjoy your cruise! You are too funny!!! Love the new name for Cricket....it gave me visual images of her with that floor machine fighting to get that build-up off the floors.

Cricket: The lack of sleep will slow the weight loss. It's unusual for you to be at the same weight that many days in a row. I don't blame you for not wanting to do the CN as planned. Hope you get those floor in shape!

Paulette: Nice loss! Hope it continues downward for you. Sorry for the double work on your flyer. Hope you got it done today. I am delaying even looking at my tax stuff for some reason, but am going to try to dig it out tonight.

Himi: I hated those hormone fluctuations and the affect on my weight. I was really fortunate that TOM started to go away for me in my mid to late 40's. Don't miss those days. Hope you see a loss soon.

I got two new grand puppies yesterday. My son that has the two labs got a wirehaired griffon. He's gotten in to bird hunting the last year or so nd griffons are really good hunting dogs. His one lab does really well but is getting older. The younger one doesn't like it or is somewhat afraid....he stands behind my son's legs when the guns go off. But in his defense, he didn't take them until just a few years ago and they are 8 and 11. The other one is in NC and is a dachshund. Looking forward to seeing them.

Ooooh Barb grandpuppies! I am a dog lover, we puppysitvarious friends' dogs from time to time, and its fun, but both the humans and our dog are usually glad when they go home-- grandpuppies sounds like a perfect arrangement

OH CHRISSIE.. you slay me! Should have seen me trying to use that monster.. the floors were quite slippery with the wax being taken off and the machine was pulling ME around as much as I was trying to steer it ! Enjoy CN CHRISSIE.

I do not recall ever being the same weight for mre than 1-2 days. I am the scale mambo queen. Had a mug of nice salty broth..made me sick but it sure tasted good going down. It is just after 11 now and i will head to sleep and stay there! right after i change the chart
