Got to the gym at 5am
25min on treadmil 6iclb 3.5 speed best time ever
worked out my buns & thighs 12sets 5x each leg
worked on my abs for 15min focused on those love handles
tried a new machine today "The Row" machine is suppose to work out your back, and arms. Since I don't have any upper body streanth I think I'll make this machine part of my rutine.
