I am! Age 36, U. district, with toddler, married, and working full-time. I just started Atkins again on the 2nd of Jan, and plan to stick with it this time...

Default Hi there!

I am south of Seattle, 4 boys, married, looking for part time work. I have lost quite a bit already and am really wondering why I didn't do this sooner. Silly me!

4 boys!! My goodness, you have a handful.

I agree with you, low-carbing really does cause drastic weight loss and improve the energy level. I'm speaking from a prior experience, though, and am back doing induction again! Nothing else works for me. Thankfully we have these boards for support!!

I am on the eastside/Bellevue...hope that counts too :-). I am a 27 year old student ~ UW (Bothell) and just started Atkins last week. Have had a pretty good induction phase so far and have lost 7 lbs, yay! Was actually wondering if you guys knew of any good restaurants in Seattle that offered lo-carb fare?? Let me know if you do, I have been too scared to go out and look(those hidden carbs!)!
