Default switching from Atkins to SBD?

Hey everyone!!!! So I started the Atkins diet with my husband just this week and the no carb thing is fine for me, but no nuts or beans....I cant stand it...Of course hes loving it..meat meat meat for him and hes satified, but for me I just dont feel like its enough.....If I have to eat one more egg for dinner, im going to go nuts.
Any advice or help would be amazing...Think I should make the switch?

Hi and Welcome!
Only you can decide to make a switch. Have you read the South Beach Diet book yet?
South Beach phase I will give you beans( 2 servings daily, 1/3-1/2 cup is s erving, nuts( 1 oz per day), cheese( keep it small up to 2 ozs daily), dairy( 2 cups daily including cheese), veggies-fairly unlimited, protein-start small ie 3-4 ozs per meal and a sweet treat daily(100 calories a day).....but all are tightly portion controlled.

See our food lists and meal plan guides in the weighin thread. Between those 2 tools, you can easily follow the plan.
